Return Policy – We will be happy to apply an exchange credit for merchandise that is unopened or unused with in 10 days of purchase. There are no refunds to credit cards and sorry merchandise that is used or open we don’t accept back. There is a 20% restocking for all unopened and unused merchandise and shipping is applied to ship back to you. We hold high standards for our returns, to help us maintain quality control so merchandise is in 100% original condition. With our strict return policy we want to encourage our customers to try our sample program that way you can try before you by the actual product. We can make samples of just about everything we carry beside some make up items. You can call or email us with the samples you would like to try. There is a $10.00 shipping and handling fee for 4 samples.

Samples - We our proud of our sample program, we are one of the first to provide it for our customer online since 1999. It helps customers feel more comfortable to try our products first before they make the investment .With our sample program you get a choice of 4 samples and there is a $10.00 shipping and handling fee. With every order you can get up to 4 samples complementary, just add what samples you want into the sample box when you are checking out. We can make samples of just about everything we carry beside some make up items.

Order Fulfillment - If you process your order Monday-Friday before 1:00 pm EST, it should be sent out that day or by the next business day. Weekend orders are processed on Mondays. Any item that is on backordered or out of stock you will get a phone call or email letting you know, and an estimated time that you will receive it.

Return Policy - When returning a package it is our recommendation that you insure the package. Incase of any damage or misplacement.

Online Orders – Orders that are placed via internet are automatically charged to your payment provider that you purchase with. Any products that are Back Ordered or Out of Stock we will call or email you to let you know how long it will be before you will receive it.
